SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped to you within 3 days of payment receipt. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for personalized items. All personalized items ship separately. Special Order items will incur an additional 7-10 days for personalization.
WA4U currently ships only in the United States. (48 contiquous states)
Sorry we do not ship to Post Office boxes. A residential or commercial shipping address is required for order placement and shipment.
Yes, we offer UPS 2 Day Air parcel shipment upon request.
Yes, we have a UPS ground flat rate shipping cost of $6.95 for U.S. orders totaling less than $150. If the order totals $150 or more then the shipping is FREE. Our shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous states.
We also use Google Checkout which accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover credit cards, along with Debit Cards. If you currently do not have a Google Checkout account, opening one is quick and easy. Once your account has been established there will be no future need to re-enter any of your account information.
For customers who do not wish to place their order on-line we have added a Postal Order Form. Customers can use our Postal Order Form to pay by credit card or with a Postal Money Order. Postal Order Forms must be mailed to us. Please allow extra time for processing.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
If you receive merchandise which has been damaged in transit, or for any other reason you wish to return your shipment, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return parcels to us for any reason. We ask that you please return all items obtained in your shipment, in their original condition and original packaging. We will not issue a refund for parcels returned in less than original condition. We also, advise you to obtain insurance for all returned items as we can not be responsible for damaged or misdirected parcels. Our return policy does not apply to personalized merchandise or food items. All sales of personalized merchandise or food items are final. Therefore, it is extremely important you proofread all information supplied to us for personalization. Due to Health Regulations we can not accept the return of lingerie or underwear items. Sorry, we can not accept returns of Clearance Merchandise, as it is greatly discounted and no longer will be stocked.
