We use UPS ground for all shipments or 2nd Day Air Upon Request.  A flat rate shipping & handling charge of $6.95 may be choosen for all US shipments totaling less than $150.00.  Our flat rate shipping charge is good only in the the 48 contiguous states. All U.S. shipments totaling $150.00 or more qualify for free UPS ground shipping.   You also, have the option of paying regular Ground UPS shipping rates for small orders that would be less than our flat rate charge. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping service is also available upon request. Orders are normally processed within 3 to 5 days of receipt.  Please, allow an extra 3-7 business days for personalized items.  Please allow an extra 7-10 days for personalization of Special Order Items. Our shipping department takes great care to ensure all orders arrive in top quality.  Some items may ship separately. I. E. KA items, CC items, UG items, and Special Order Items all ship separately.

 Wedding Accessories 4 U gives its customers 30 days from the date of purchase to return parcels to us for any reason.  However, merchandise which has been damaged must be reported to us within 2 days of its receipt.  All damaged merchandise will be replaced with the exact same item. If the item was personalized, you will receive the exact same item with the exact same personalization. We will not accept damage claim reports after 2 days of receipt. Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to cancel any order request. Cancellations on personalized merchandise will be processed as long as personalization has not taken place before customer cancellation request was received. 

Full refund in the amount of your purchase

 You must  contact us by email or phone within 5 days of receiving merchandise if you wish to return your shipment or any item within your shipment.  If the merchandise has been damaged you must contact us within 2 days of receipt.  We will then issue a return authorization number for the return of the damaged goods. Damaged goods will be replaced with the exact same item. We ask that you please ensure all return items are returned in their original condition and original packaging (unopened and unused).  We will not issue a refund for parcels returned in less than original condition or that show apparent signs of use.  Upon our receipt of your returned merchandise you will receive a full refund in the amount of your purchase minus shipping cost.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs due to no fault of our own. We also, advise you to return the shipment to us through a trackable shipping system and obtain insurance as we can not be responsible for damaged or misdirected parcel returns. 

Please note there are a few exceptions to our return policy

Our return policy does not apply to personalized merchandise, cameras, or food items.  All sales of personalized merchandise are final.  Therefore, it is extremely important you proofread all information supplied to us for personalization.  Due to Health Regulations we can not accept the return of lingerie or underwear items. Clearance items cannot be returned as they are offered at a greatly discounted price and will not be restocked. All Clearance items will be listed as a clearance item in their product description or product category.

Sale items are not considered to be Clearance items unless so noted in their description. Therefore our return policy applies to the return of all regular sales items.
